-After filling out the special form, please confirm that you have received the reply email, and then send the film you have shot to the store. (The address is listed at the bottom of the website)
-We recommend shipping by courier or letter pack with delivery records. Please note that the shipping fee will be paid for by the customer. In addition, we are not responsible for accidents during mailing. Please reinforce the developed film with thick paper and mail it so that it does not bend as much as possible.

-When the film arrives at the store, we will confirm the order details and notify you by e-mail of the estimated number of days before shipping. If you do not receive the email, please contact us. We apologize for the inconvenience.

-When the work is completed, we will send you a work completion report by email. In addition, we will inform you of the guidance according to the payment method entered in the form at that time.
-The shipping fee will vary depending on the number of items you keep and the content of your order.

-As soon as payment is confirmed, we will ship and deliver the finished photo. Payment cannot be confirmed outside the store business hours.
